This is absolutely no correct impressum and very typically for fraud.
It's quite obvious, that their simple website and their services are pure scam, directed to mostly and rather unexperienced investors !!

I purchased these shares 5 years ago with a guarantee they’d go public within the 1st year. It’s since been delay after delay with several name changes to go along with the stories I've been told as to why QT has not listed. Every service call I get from the QT people always has some great reason for the delay along with the high pressure sales pitch to buy more shares, options and now preferred shares. Well enough, I've been made an offer to sell at a more than fair share price not from QT but from a company with a proven track record which is BTA service corp. and successfully exited my QT shares at a nice profit.
Trade Secrets are important when it comes to M & A transactions. To ensure success, they must also consider all aspects of a transaction, leaving nothing to chance. We can’t say that its fraud basing only with the simple website and/or the contact number they used. It could be a virtual office that tends to help marketers and investors with accuracy, yet with confidentiality. I also had a very successful transaction with them, I had a very safe non-disclosure agreement, and I got my stocks where I want them to be. BTA is definitely not a scam.
It turns out that BTA are simply an advisory firm providing advice in relation to rules and regulations that are publicly available but which most people don’t take the time to find out. The attraction of making quick money after hearing an “unbelievable opportunity” often lures naive investors into a “crap shoot”. I fell foul of this and spent a most humble period after learning more about that way the financial world works in order to, if nothing else, enlighten myself.
It was some time later that BTA contacted me. Although not an entire reprieve I was able to use their services to meet a registered broker who was able to help me get back to a more comfortable financial level.
They were professional from start to finish, following reviewing and signing NDA’s, BTA imparted invaluable insight into the industries inside mechanics which led to my dealing with a US broker of reputation. I enjoyed a very successful encounter with them,so despite your or anyone else’s apprehensions I can vouch that BTA is again definitely not a scam.
