Seems to be a variation of the past few year's IRS scam calls.
They claim to be from the IRS and that they will have you arrested if you don't respond within a certain amount of days. I called and they put me on hold for a bit then got back on the line & asked me to give my name and number for verification. I asked him to tell me what he has and I will verify it, as that is the normal procedure. He just kept insisting that I give him my name and number & I kept insisting that he tell me what he had and I would verify it. He finally hung up on me.
