Renee from US Health....went on and on and on...they want to give us a quote on health insurance and introduce themselves as now in our area. Said it wouldn't take more than just a minute. She wanted too much information, then needed me to stay on to talk with her supervisor so she could get credit for the call. DONE...hung up on the call. This number called back two more times!!! Finally on the third call I picked up the phone and said, "Take us off your calling list. I do not want to talk to you." click!
Caller asked to speak to owner of the company. When I asked the nature of his call, he said "Man gets shot in stomach trying to save woman". I consider this a threatening call even though I am assuming/hoping the man is not even in my area. Sick sense of humor. Tried to call the number back, but asked for a password and press the # key.
Caller claimed to be Willy with Insurance Services. Started asking personal questions about health insurance. Wants to send free info to the owner. No need Willy. We don't deal with cold callers. We don't deal with "out of area" callers. Embarassed to put your name on the caller ID??? Scamming/Spamming/Spoofing so you don't list your name???
Today, Catherine says she is calling from US Health. Says this is not a sales call. Then, she wants to play 20 questions about who has what insurance. Sorry, we aren't playing that game. This week we have averaged OVER 1 call an hour of this and the robo nonsense.
