Just got this call from a man with an Indian accent asking for the owner of the company.  I said that they were out and then he asked for any co-owner that would be available so I replied " everyone is out, they don't make money sitting in the office ( we are a construction company ).  Ask to take a message and he said no, he would call back. I googled the # and  now I know the situation and will never answer it.
