Calling my cell phone from
1) Female Univision TV to inform I won a series of spa treatments. I stopped the called. Called 2 more times. told them I would report them to the Feds if they kept calling.
2) Male Left voicemail to notify I was the winner of an all expense paid trip to Venice, that they tried to contact me, that i threatened them, and that i missed a great opprotunity to travel. Number listed in Marathon FL.
My mother received a call from this number, male voice informed her she has won a prize from one of the programs from Don Francisco Sabado Gigante, she informed him she wld not give him any info and hung up.
My mom ordered health suppliments from a so called doctor via the phone, but then called back and canceled them after speaking to her doctor advising her not to take them. She has high blood presure and needs to be carefull of what she takes. The calls were all women at this point. They shipped them anyway c.o.d. so we rejected them. I was informed by the post office that rejected c.o.d. mail goes back to the sender. We have received many calls from this and a similar numbers threatening leagal action, we have contacted our lawyer, and have given them the number to speak with him directly. We also keep asking for a formal writen letter stating the resone for the constant calls, but all we get is the threatening calls. Although the products totaled $190.00, supposedly we now owe them $1,500.00, and they threaten to come to the house and remove articals of that value forcfully. I'm not sure what country they think they live in, but not in the USA. Also, they only speak Spanish, and when you ask for someone that speaks English, or ask them for the tracking number of the package, they get insulted and hang up. Can anything be done about this? How do I put and end to it? To be fare, I offered to pay for the cost of the mailed C.O.D, but nothing has worked.
