scammers! pharmacy that takes cc info charges card and never sends meds

young girl says something couldnt understand and hung up

I am so tired of getting these calls from an Rx solicitor. How do I stop this? I am already on the no call list....

This is a "pharmacy" company that is repeatedly calling a new cell phone number we have in Rochester, NY.  I have called them back; they have "no managers" and no one who speaks English well.  They call the cell and hang up at least three times daily; they occasionally leave messages from "Kevin"; "Kevin has a strong Indian/Middle Eastern accent and hangs up on me as soon as he hears my voice....

This caller calls and leaves no message or doesn't answer when I pick up the phone. I don't like to be bothered with scammer calls.
