Got a message on my phone this morning at 9:54 am. From a guy with a Hindu accent. He said his name was Officer Patrick Wilson from the United States Investigation Bureau in the Crime Prevention dept. He left all of my person information on my voicemail. He threatened if I do not call him back that I would need to hire an attorney. I tried to call the number back, but it is cell phone that went straight to voice mail. This is not the first call from these ppl. They have called my job and left me threating messages, also left my personal information on my bosses phone. Which illegal.
I received a call from 305-433-8368 and 407574-2413 and was told that i owe a debt and if I do not call back in 20 minutes I will be arrested. they left all of my personal info on my job's general voicemail box. I'm not sure who these people are, but when i call back, i'm told the name of their company is United Processing Legal Division. Does anyone have a clue as to who these people are and how they got my information?
They called where my Boyfriend Works and told the company they would shut them down one day his wife called me and started swearing at me Learn to just hang up there nuts .or blow a whisle right in there Ears that helps alot dont let these friut Cakes Scare you or they get the upper hand shut down tape there calls and then call the Police no one is allowed to threaten you on the phone or in person or call the FBI get results fast and simple get them arested cause you dont know at this point who or what your dealing with they both could be Dangerest take care of you first.
This number is related to other phone numbers (now disconnected) answered by an overseas call center. These people use a variety of names, but always use the same intimidating, harassing and threatening tactics. There is not one single legitimate debt collection firm that would engage in these illegal tactics - this is NOT a legitimate operation.
Anyone receiving calls from this number should immediately report the call to the Federal Trade Commission (www.ftc.gov) and their local Attorney General's office. DO NOT engage these people in any type of negotiations - ignore their calls and report their activity.
my wife got a call from these people and they would not give her any information on how to handle this. they threatened to have her arrested within 20 minutes at her job. the caller was rude and swearing at her. said he was a member from the fbi.
I got the call from 305-433-8368 advising me that a lawsuit was being compiled against me the caller gave me all of my personal information and stated that there was a warrant for my arrest i asked a number of times for information concerning the alleged case but i was only provided a Case Number of 071092124 i have search the best i know to find this information and could find nothing. I was also told that police would be coming for me in the morning. The person i spoke to gave me a name of Nick Fleming when i asked more question he just hung up. The person had a very heavy Hindu like accent very hard to understand. When i called back i got someone saying they are Frank Miller again the accent was the same but a different voice i only understood very little the company they said was NW Marketing but i could find nothing on them either. after he hung up i called back again and asked for a supervisor the person that answered said he was a supervisor named Andrew Kent i would like to know how i can go about contacting the true company and find out why they want me to pay over 600 dollars to clear a lawsuit that has not been explained to me the cause they had lots of my personal information SSN ADDR Bank i already had the banking information addressed please help
