When I told him I could pay nothing he hung up on me. I called back immediately and someone else answered. I asked to speak with "charles" and he said he was an associate of his and asked my name. When he wouldn't connect me I asked why i couldn't speak with Charles. He then yelled "he's an associate of mine why can't you understand that?!" I told him I didn't appreciate him yelling at me and he hung up on me too.
