Some guy called my cell phone (gave me 2 different first names) "I'm calling regarding the recent online survey you took concerning a Walmart gift card and that you have indicated that you would be interested in employment?" After I had told him that I did not particpate in any online survey and he had the wrong number, I hung up. People BEWARE... this is a phishing scam trying to get a hold of your SS#.
Minus the WalMart card. Just said I filled out an online survey about a job. I said I didn't recall doing that. Asked me again if I remembered doing it and I said that I didn't respond to any surveys. Before I had a chance to hamg up, he said good-bye.
I think he must have been new.... He was way too courteous for this type of call. That and his English was too good, too.
Calling my Virgin Mobile cell phone with this CRAP. I *JUST* had my cell phone # changed due to these $%^& calls and one month later, they start back in. My last cell # was only given out to MAYBE 4 or 5 people. This one has only been given out to 2; not even most of closest friends, doctors, etc have this number yet.
STarting to think V.M. is selling their mobile numbers for a quick dollar, not to mention the extra money made on people using pay-as-u go type plans, now.
