Just got a call from this number only a few hours after changing the number on my cell phone (and the second such call from Florida). In the process of figuring out how to block calls on iOS 7, I accidentally called the number back and could hear a recording saying this was not a valid number. So it must have been spoofed. So glad I can now block these annoyances.
