I received the call and in the call ID identifies as FLP. The individual indicated my service was going to be turn off because my bill was past due. I told him when the last payment was made. He apology for the inconvenience but then he proceeded to tell that they also work with Federal Government and that I had received a letter three months ago regarding my taxes and because I did respond to the letter that's also why they were going to disconnect my service. Once I told him that I was calling FLP customer service to verify, he hung up.
Danilo Sanchez dijo que el era un empleado de Florida Power and Light y que en su computadora aparecíia que debíamos 2 meses y queria verificarlo. La primera vez dijimos que ibamos a ver en nuestra cuenta a travez de la computadora. Llamó de nuevo diciendo que ellos nos enviarian un cheque por esos dos meses y desafortunadamente no lo dejamos continuar por que le dijímos que nosotros no recibiamos servicio de esa empresa el tipo colgó y nosotros creímos que no volvería a llamar pero vi el ID en mi telefono que si.
