got a call for loan modofication, when I called #866 984 2651 they had a loan officer return my call Brandon Merdros from Kirkland Young ( # on my caller ID was 305 455 5720) about restructureing my mortgage wnated $898.00 up front for the service , would like to know who this realy is

Very Interesting! Sonds like a scam. I wonder if I should return their call and tell them to "Kiss my mule!" ?

Oh, well as long as it's not some form of ID theft to steal my house out from under me - mine is paid for too!

Caller said they were from A "loan modification" department and that I had a 5pm appointment to discuss refinancing my house.  We currently are trying to refinance but I was skeptical and starting asking questions.  He seemed really annoyed and finally told me he was from Kirkland Young.  I told him I was skeptical of him and not interested and he hung up.

i just got a phone call from them on my work phone! but it just so happened that i go the phone call right after i faxed over a letter for loan modification to bank of america so I thought it was legit.  Until i called back and they asked me who my bank was.  I hung up and when alex hamilton called and left an urgent message for me to call back 866.554.3880 to discuss my loan modification.
