This is EZ Loan Auto. Multiple calls, harassing, aggressive, refuse to stop. The most I've gotten in one day is SEVENTEEN. Reported to National Do Not Call Registry. This company is in desperate, dire need of a huge fine. DO NOT BUY A CAR THROUGH THEM. The only way to get companies to stop doing this is to make sure it backfires on them right in the wallet. Don't get car loans from this company. If they ignore the DNC list and customers' multiple requests to stop harassing them, then to what code of ethics do you think they will abide when they're taking your money? Do not do business with them.
I can not believe the people from this company. I can not get them to stop calling me since July 2012. When you ask for names, they make them up. Ask for an extension they make one up. Ask for a manager, they will get the guy sitting next to them. I had one of them last week tell me he could not get his supervisor because he was busy with his girlfriend. I could not believe this. I work for a top 500 fortune company, I can not believe this came out of his mouth. What's worse when I called back several times that night I was told this several times. I have asked for an email with the CEO name, phone number and address. They will either hang up on you, promise you the email or tell you they need your social security number to send the email. I have been promised to many times to count I would never get any calls from them again. It will stop 1 to 2 business days and then they start up all over again. Some kind of action needs to take place against them.
