Who called from 3054812711

I just got a call from this number on my cellphone.  I spoofed the number to a landline with caller ID.  It came out as Rosairo G.

When I use the wireless amber alert trick to find the carrier, it shows as a Sprint wireless number.

Called my cell which is on the
DO NOT CALL list.  Recorded message re: insurance, life & health.
