I don't think I got a call, but am recognizing the various names of the collecting agencies, -who they were, who they're collecting for (my guess-themselves). Anyway-diversified collection services, inc. is part of the nco group (nco financial systems, financial asset management, financial management, transworld, certegy , calvery portfolio, titan recovery, national credit services-ncs, pinnacle credit services, retrieval masters credit bureau, vericore (started by nco leaders-messages-'private investigator...), national revenue corp., creditors' alliance/united creditors' alliance,etc). So- if you get a call from one of these companies, it's just nco-tape any messages, write down dates, etc.-if they send you anything-send a letter via certified mail asking for validation of whatever debt they say you owe. Then you might want to see a lawyer-fdcpa,etc violations. (also, go to budhibbs.com--watchlist).
oh-looking over my notes-it might not be nco-but p. 201-bud hibbs watchlist (of debt colectors)-someone had written an entry that the letters they received (from diviersified and nco) were in the same format, so they were thinking it was nco. (sorry-I didn't see that til now).
