I just got a call from this number. They sounded like they had me on speaker phone and said they were calling me on behalf of an old co-worker of mine. I barely knew this guy, we only worked at desks near each other for about 4 months - and this was 7 years ago. I haven't seen him since. I've gotten alot of calls from debt collectors before looking for this guy, apparently he gave out my cell phone number as a contact (I have no idea how he got my cell phone number). Anyway, I told the caller that I don't know this guy and they hung up on me immediately. So, I'm assuming it's another debt collector. I should also think about getting my number changed.
They left a message saying it was a Law office of, I think, Kayman and Brown. That they are a processor working in my home county. That they were by my home and no one was avaliable and to make myself avaliable. He was mandated by state and federal law. who knows.
They left a message saying they were from some office something and brown. That they were following up on fraud account under my name and San to call back or they would alert the police. That I had two hours . Does any one know what's up with that #? Is it scam ?

This number is a frraud. He is a con artist by the name of David Steward. If you are contacted by him... he usually uses threatening messages to scare people into paying right then. Instead, please contact the Florida Attorney General's office - Pam Bondi - at the following link and lodge a complaint.
