Who called from 3055033549

I got a call from this number all I heard was hello. hello, hello and then silent.
Caller Id says Miami

Got a call from this number right after I got a call from 305-503-3521 with the caller ID "F.A.S.T"

Received a call without Id from this number..... the person spoke in spanish  
saying was calling from the community..... and communication was lost.. I called back several times to be sure, adding the 1 or not.....it says... the number has been disconnected... how can somebody call from a disconnected number? If it is the police... not a good practice.

Every night I got a call from this number and no one answered
