Got a call from Travis Hall with Walton Legal Associates (Law Firm). An man with an indian or arabic accent that doesn't even know the Holidays Event in CA. He read an Affadavit to me and mentioned that I needed to get my attorney on the phone with him so he can start the legal procedures regarding a loan from a loan company that I refuse to pay back. He said that I will be receiving the Affadavit on Monday morning at my job location and that I was going to be arrested.
I asked "Travis" who is the company pressing charges on me for the loan, he said American Cash. As I was on the phone, I was browsing the net to find out who is American Cash. Americacash.com is just a website for all laoncompanies that advertise their promotions on loans and cash in advance online. I call cashandgo.com to find out if they were one of the companies pressing charges and they don't even have records of me for any type of loan.
I called Travis back to (305) 507-4558 x616 and told him of my conversation with cashandgo company and asked him to give me the exact name of the loan company that is trying to recover their suppose loan from me. He got upset and said to wait for the Affadavit that will arrive on the mail Monday morning. ???? I asked for the nearest court house according to the affadavit that he has infront of him and couldn't even answer my question and just put me on hold.
Last week, I also recieved another call from another supposed Legal Firm regarding the same issue. I wonder if these people are real or just scams.

Ok so I talked to the same man and he was telling me that i owed money to some internet site for payday loans. He had my social security numbers and my bank account information EVERYTHING they even ran my criminal background. They told me the same thing that i would be arrested on monday morning at my address. I told them well no need to wait call em over here because there is NO DEBTORS PRISON IN THE USA DUMBASS! after that they havent called back. I called Las Cruces police department and was told that this IS A NATIONAL SCAM AND NOT TO WORRY ABOUT IT THEY ARE NOT EVEN REALLY IN THIS COUNTRY THEY ARE BOUNCING OF A PHONE NUMBER HERE IN THE U.S. LOL its halarious really that these people would stoop so low and who the hell do they think they are messing with dont they know they are screwin with AMERICA??? lol
