Who called from 3055078844

Phone rang... I said, "Hello?"  ... A soft, whispering voice auto-dialer recording said... "I'm sorry.  That number is not valid."  

Weird.  Strange.  I have no idea who it was or why they called or what they wanted.  I did not dial nor was I in the process of making a phone call.

received a call from this number.....said hello......response was a recording this is not a valid number.
I was not making a call.

When I searched who the number belongs to it immediately switched to http:/182.24.205.188  Don't know if this will help to identify the abusive caller.
