Thanks to this site I will not purchase a dog from this seller.  He gave a very sad story about having to sell his purebred bulldog puppies for $400. freight costs from Texas to Canada only because his wife died and he cannot take care of them.  He wanted me to send money to the frieght company.  But becasue it sounded too good to be true, I googled his number first and found this information.  Thank you!
