This guy said he was "Mr. James" from Publisher's Clearing House. He said I was the 2nd place winner of the sweepstakes. I played dum b and led him on. He said I only had to answer 3 questions. When was the last time I went to WalMart (I said yesterday), did I do a scratch off ( I said yes, a lie), and did I pay my utitlity bills regularly (??). Then he said he had a package for me. He and his lawyers and 2 federal marshals will be delivering it, and escorting me to my bank, where I only have to pay 1% of the winnings as a delivery fee.... I had only to confirm who I am and show ID and pay the money. RIGHT>>>>
I said I'd have the sheriff waiting for him to escort us all. He said that was fine. Then he tried to make an appointment to come to my house tomorrow. He never asked for a specific address, but he knew what town and my husband's name. I got tired of it at this point, and blew him off.
I wish somebody would bust these guys!!
