Recieved a call at my work place staing I'm being sued for internet fraud , caller stated name as Dimodhy Jackmon from Miami Crime Prevention Headquaters and he is calling on behalf of 3 criminal counts commited for check fraud agianst CMJ Group, who the hell are these people. !!!!! This is a fraud !!!
He kept calling saying that I was a refrence for a police report. The only problem was that HE KNEW MY FULL NAME. And if I didn't call back he couldn't take legal action. ( All this was left on a voicemail).
i am getting a call from the Dimongxy Jackmon guy too saying i'm facing charges of violation of federal banking and check fraud. this freaked me out but as i'm seeing it's a scam thank god. i had a payday loan 2 years ago and they are saying i never paid it but i've never received anything in the mail. i have also got calls from this number too. 18322660545. lets keep everyone posted.
I too, got a call from Dimodhy Jackmon, leaving the number 305-515-8244. He said I was listed on legal documents, and he had my full name, mailing address, AND the last four digits of my social security number! He spoke with a VERY thick accent. It doesn't sound legitimate at all, but I don't know how he would have all of my personal information?
Caller was not clear with first name and gives the last name Jackmon. Says I was overlooked on a legal document and God bless me for the legal actions. Say hes with the Department of Crime Prevention. Purposely speaks with an accent and a very thick one at that. Don't know how he got my name and number.
