I got harassing calls from this number, but every time we'd answer, the unknown caller would hang up. They'd call everyday at different times and would call even more each time we'd answer. Finally, I filed a police report with Miami-Dade and after investigating, they told me it was coming from a "legit" construction company (or some building with construction, travel and investment offices) in West Palm Beach. We have no business history with any of these said offices. The detective's best guess was that they were trying to communicate with us via fax..? I find that a little odd due to the pattern of phone calls and because I managed to get a recording of what sounded like someone speaking in the background. In any case, we blocked their number through our phone company. NO MORE harassing!!!
