I want you to call us back as soon as possible at my department call back number. Which is 305-517-5623. I repeat again 305. 517-5623 this is Jack Henderson again from investigation Department of internal revenue service, thank you.
The caller identified themselves as the investigation department of the Internal Revenue Service. They left a message threatening to arrest me if I didn't call back. Since I am familiar with IRS procedures, I know they always communicate using the mail (unless previously arranged) and therefore this was a scammer call. I didn't return the call. I am posting this notice so those persons unfamiliar with IRS procedures will not be tricked and intimidated into calling and giving out personal information or maybe even making bogus payments. I owe the IRS nothing and am sure of my pesonal status with them so once again not fooled.

A police office (investigator) I know also got this same call and called the person back and was playing along with the caller the caller told him 2 different names long story short this is a scam call. DON'T fall for it. Since I am familiar with IRS procedures, this was a scammer call. I didn't return the call. I returned the call twice some foreigners with a telemarketing background (loud talking) answered, I informed him that I would be most happy to pay him and that what address could I come in and drop off my payment considering that they were the California department of the IRS and they keep the man replied back stating they were not in California but he couldn't give me the address I go out there is no IRS out of the state of California they would claim to be the state of California IRS that I mentioned to him that I work for the Justice Department and he immediately hung up on me I called back and asked why was I hung up on all I mentioned was I work for the Justice Department I wanted to pay my IRS is I'm hung up on me again so this is a definite Fraud, good job on helping others to identify thieves among us I will definitely come firm to anyone that's reading this that these are definite thieves and that the IRS would never call on-demand money or State they have an arrest warrant for you warrants to come in the form of legal notice in the mail or police officer knocking at your front door so never provide money to anyone over the phone just a tip of life never even give out your credit card over the phone it's too dangerous and not worth the headache.....
