a computerized voice informed me that my visa credit card had been deactivated due to suspected suspicious activity. i was then asked to wait and told that i would give three forms of identification to reactivate my card. after a pause i was asked to type in my credit card number and this is when i hung up.

I was called and told a third party had used my card and to dial 1 for more info, I hung up and called the number back. I got a poor excuse for a recording saying it was a medical office answering service, when I spoke with a real person she stated some one had stolen the number.
