Got a call from this number at 6:00 am central time. I did not pick up the phone (I never do when calls come in from numbers I do not recognize) and the caller did not leave a message. This is the first time I received a call from this number.
While I was typing this message at 6:10 am another harassing call came in from the same number. Again the caller did not leave a message.
It seems rather strange that the first call came in at exactly 6:00 am and the second call came in exactly 10 minutes later. If another call comes in at 6:20 am my guess will be that an automated machine is making the calls -- which suggests that it's a spammer or a collection agency.
