I just got a call from 305-587-2091. They said that they were calling to lower my interest rate and that they were calling from cardmember services. I asked the guy if he was calling from my visa card services, how come he didnt know what my current interest rate was and he hung up. I called back and got the message that this number is an unattended mailbox and it could not recive any incoming calls>>>SCAMS..
received a call from this number on 1/31/2012 at 4:16PM but didn't answer since the number was not familiar and no message was left so likely a spam call
have been receiving these calls for months, sometimes 2 or 3 times a day. "Rachel, from cardholder services." Have had at least 50 "final notices"--if only that were true. Renewed DNC a few months ago, but still getting the calls. will try to report it and see what happens. Really aggravating; feel bad for you guys too, but was good to know we're not alone.
After being called a few times by this and other numbers, I called the number back and used their Do Not Call option (#1) in order to be added to their Do Not Call list. Let's see if it works.

It doesn't work. I have done the same. I've filed 2 complaints with the do not call registry, & will file again, I'm sure. I've blocked 5 different numbers with the same message, but they just find another. I have started keeping a record of these calls, maybe the FCC will help.
