Who called from 3055872891

Said that IRS "Officers" were in surveillance of my house.  (Foreign accent, had trouble with the word surveillance.)  Said if I did not call back this number immediately, the officers would be at my door to arrest me.

This number called saying it was IRS. That they have my adress and to call back.

Left voice message. Mumbo Jumbo. Something about returning the call about my case. His accent was so bad I couldn't understand him. Deleted!
