Told me they were a secondary social security provider. So I could save my social security number from fraud. They said sometimes people have bad credit and this could help. If I sung up now I would get a Capitol One card for 500, blah blah blah! I asked questions the person got hostile. I asked to speak to supervisor, he was just as bad. He said their company was backed by BBB. Gave me a call back number of 853-793-8432. Hmm a Canadian company calling from Miami and callback number for a mobile Indian number? Hmmm

"Alternative Financial Solutions" calling. Could almost not understand a word he said. He kept going on and on about getting me hooked-up with a new, alternative social security number which I could use for loans. Said it would "wipe out" any reference to my "poor credit history" and with this new card, acquiring a loan from any institution will be "unstoppable!" Said it was issued by Capital One Bank and I would be qualified for a loan up to $250k
For some strange reason, the call disconnected and this number was magically reported in Mr. Number and Phonetray. Looks like my hope for a giant, guaranteed loan will have to wait until another day!
