This is embedded in a text, the gist of which is "Money for your car." It's a Miami area code. They ignore the Do Not Call registry, and they do not stop when you reply to them DO NOT CALL. I've gotten one or two of these every month or so for a few years. Really annoying. I haven't called them yet but it seems logical that it's a real number; otherwise, how would you sell your car to them? Unlike the spoofed numbers that are disconnected when you call them back... what's up with that?
