after pushing an issue with that number 305-612-5001 with a customer service rep from supra telecom it was admitted to me that this is a collection call from what they explain is a "CALL BLAST" to inform people that they are past due. and that the number is from SUPRA TELECOM.

this is a collection alert company that contracts with supra telecom and i assume other companies to alert people that the service on their phone or other services are going to be suspended if a payment is not made within a limited number of days. the area code is from the south florida region but could be routed from somewhere else to the 305 area code. Supra telecom will not release the name of the company. in my eyes companies that use companies which will not release the names of the calling company need to loose our business and we need to go else where to get the services we use. a company that will not show their name on the caller ID is a company that is ashamed of who and what they do
Called and informed my dad his bill is over due, funny he doesn't pay the phone bill, I do, and it was paid 3 days prior. Clowns are scamming people and trying to information. FAKE people trying to pull something. NO one but my carrier is allowed to call about these issues.
