Who called from 3056425307

Just received a call, in Spanish, from another number (9713072014), and then they called again from this number (3056425307). Duting the first call, there was a recorded message saying I needed to claim a "stimulus prize". At first it sounded like an official government stimulus thing, and then it got weird because the message continued saying they were selecting winners from credit card holders. I immediately got SUPER suspicious because my phone is listed in the National Do not Call Registry, and it sounded like a telemarketer thing. I pressed a number to get the company information and file a complain (I do not want people calling me to offer me anything), and when the operator started asking for personal information, I told her I was not going to give it over the phone. She said the "stimulus" was announced in the radio (never heard of it, even though I listen to the radio in my car during commute). Then, she said that, to assure me, she was a "Disney Universal Group" employee (Disney and Universal merged?, I though), gave me her name and employee number, and told me a lawyer was going to talk to me to confirm my personal information. What personal information? She had phone numbers, address, and credit cards (of course, not the numbers). She said that, because Puerto Ricans are the tourist group thay visit Disney the most (really?), the credit cards were giving away "free" vacations for $399 from Visa, AmEx and MC, and then asked for my credit card number to make sure I won the prize. This was extremely suspicious, asking for CC info. I told her I didn't have it with me (like I'm giving that away just like that), and then she said it could be any CC, from any company, even Discovery or Capital One, that it didn't matter. Yeah, sure. Since I had my laptop next to me, I googled the company. It does not exist. Not only that, Disney and Universal are not partners. So, I hung up. As I was doing a reverse number search for the first phone number (number is listed in Falls City, OR) she called again from the number in this thread, but from a number listed in Miami, FL. Oregon... Florida... same person... teletransportation..? I just hung up again and proceeded to file the complain in the National Do not Call Registry. My guess is they could be "spoofing" to cover real phone numbers because there is no way a person can be in Oregon and Florida at the same time.
