Asked if our business *still* uses Quickbooks as they were *updating* their records and when I told them no they instantly asked if we accept credit cards in our business. Told them if this was a sales call for processing credit cards we are happy with our current processor and hung up.

Anne L. Next time, I'll ask them if they are a research firm and tell
them we can't answer their questions.
