Strategic Fundraising....for political venues I pressed 0 as instructed to be put on their do not call list but it just rings busy. Another scam in progress I put a complaint in with the do not call.gov I hope they get enough complaints to stop these fools.

I hope you explained in your complaint that their automated method to be placed on their internal Do Not Call list was not working and there was no other way presented to be placed on their DNC list. That would be the only valid complaint since political calls including fundraising are exempt until you request to be placed on their DNC list. They have 30 days to comply with your request before the call is illegal. Unfortunately for political calls, the election calling season is usually over before the 30 days are up and these outfits rarely carry over from election to election.
