305-750-1137 keeps calling my cell and hanging up. When i call back operator message says number is not in service. Google says number us cell phone in Miami fl

Calling my cell phone. One night this number called me every 5 to 7 minutes for an hour an a half. Every day they call. Never anyone there. No way to tell them to stop calling as the number that they call from is not in service (TELL ME HOW THAT IS POSSIBLE). From my searching of the net, even the information that comes back to that number is not correct.

I keep getting calls from this number it rings they hang up and this is happening about every hour! I don't know who this is but they just keep calling.
