Who called from 3057604151

Got this call...Asked if I had a windows computer registered to this house.  Said there were involuntary downloads happening and asked me if I knew.  I said I did not trust phone calls about this and have never heard of a phone service like this.  He sighed and said "ok then" and hung up.  Fishy?

Didn't get a call, but got a "nice" email with a subject line of "RE: settlement":
"We need your signature on this before we can settle.
Contract # 87266

The "Contract #" line was a link to "taiappstorevn.net/api/get.php?id=cmVhdmVzYkBlYXJ0aGxpbmsubmV0". No idea what that would have gotten me if I'd clicked on it, but certainly unwilling to risk it.

I'm glad I looked this up as I do most of the time something doesn't make sense. Let me add to the scamming from this company. I get so many bogus call that I downloaded an app that filters out the scams, However these same people seem to be working the emails as well. This is the message I received from these crooks but I did not try and open the link.
