Yes this is getting ridiculous. I have gotten phone calls from these people since January. I have asked all the same questions everyone has asked and still hasn't gotten anywhere. I even told them since they have my information I need for them to send me a certified letter showing where they are located and didn't get anything, but a dial tone.

I don't know who they were. if they gave a business name, I couldn't understand it because of their accent. Pay Day loan type scam all over again. It is an outrage how they can acquire all of our information and use it against us. SS#, DL#, bank account information and so on.

FROM THE COMMENTS I'VE READ,YOU ALL HAVE DONE RIGHT,ASK LOTS OF QUESTIONS,AND WHEN THE ARE READY TO PROCEED,TELL THEM SEE YOU IN COURT. I HAVE YOUR NAME,ADDRESS AND A WODERFUL APP THAT HAS LOCATED YOU SWITCH BOARD. MY LOCAL ATHORITIES WILL BE IN CONTACT WITH YOU IN 2-5 BUSINESS DATA,PLEASE REFER TO MY ATTORNEY,YOU HAVE RELAYED YOUR MESSAGE,KINDLY DO NOT CALL AGAIN. I SWEAR I HAVE GOT 4 CALLS FROM SAME BUT LITTLE DIFFRENT # AND SINCE FLIPPING THE SCRIPT ON THEM,I HAVE GOT NO MORE CALL. LIKE THEM,THE CANNOT TELL WHO THEY ARE CALLING OR ACTUALLY SPEAKING TOO. LOL . YOU COULD JUST NOT ANSWER,BUT THEN THEY WILL NEVER STOP.
I received a email from scott Willis regarding all of these charges that was going to be against my social security number and that I was going to get arrested at my employment. These people also stated that I needed to come to court and what day would I like to go. At that point I knew that it was a scan. When you call it goes to a operator that will connect you with the so called person Scott Willis. He stated that you have committed a crime and will be arrested by your local county police. I am so glad that you can file this kind of complaint on the internet and hopefully something will happen to these people because they have all of your information through the pay day loan and they are calling saying what they were going to do to you if you don't pay there money back. Something has to be done or an investigation through this company or house. I believe that they look on the internet and collect the information of all individuals that file bankruptcy and see what they can do with them to ruin there carreer.
