I just got the same call. They had all my information & credit history, etc. & tried to extort money from me. I clled back pretending to be an attorney and asked for a supervisor. Someone else came on & gave me a phony DEA badge #, and when I kept questioning, he began using foul language, and then finally admitted he was part of gang and threatened my life.
Caller stated he was from the DEA and had a search and arrest warrant. Returning the call got only a message machine. Caller gave name of Gregory Mendez, with no other identification or badge number.

same phone call on 2/09/10 said he was DEA Special Agent Gregory Mendez badge number 64376 from "district 97" went on about some order for something i never placed, fortunately he had wrong credit card info. threatned me with DEA warrant for me arrest as well as seach and siezure of my property from local DEA. I asked him how they would like their coffee ! then on 2/13/10 at around 7:00pm some women calls me (from the exact same number) wantintg to know if i want to buy drugs. i have reported him to local DEA. Phone number orginates out of Marthon Keys, FL. under a company name of FI Marathon. Do not be fooled by this imposter or intimidated. His days are numbered.
