Who called from 3057873660

They called my daughter said I committed bank fraud and I was breaking the law by keeping my drivers license in one state while living in another. Just a bunch of random crap my daughter haver her my number they never called back. Also I tried to call it and it goes to some bogus answering machine.

Consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $60.00 or so.

It is wise to block, or not answer ALL unknown calls from the 305 are code-- the code of scammers!

This  man called me today  (305 787 3660) He tried to represent himself as a lawyer. I told this guy I knew he was from a debt collection agency and this was most likely a scam and that he should send any thing in writing and he kept yelling at me and he finally said "f*** you b***** , how do you like them apples?" That's when I hung up. So I blocked the number on the phone. I spoke to my daughter and told her do no call back any numbers that you don't know. I also told her a legitimate debt collection place would not be discussing my debt with her that they only would try to locate me. She was thrown off because she felt they knew a lot about me. I said that's what they do. I appreciate all the links and will definitely look into it and see what I can do.

This is the same situation for me also this guy calls uses a machine for a number out of Maine as well.  He has told me the same thing and when I ask for something in writting he halso cussed me out!  What a professional guy for an attorney right! I asked him for his license number if he was an attorney and he refused.
