Got a call today from this number. . .whoever called stayed on the line for a minute just breathing, not saying anything.  Did hear some noise, perhaps a TV, in the background

got a call tonight (8:30).  I didn't answer it and they didn't leave a message.

Received a call and, like on the first post, the person stayed on the line just breathing.

Called me and didn't speak

These are telemarketers saying they are part of FPL and want to make an appt. to show me how to lower my electric bill.  I have told them numerous times not to call, I am on the do not call list but I get calls from them 2-3 xs a year.  I just do not answer anymore.
