whoever placed this call to me left a voicemail with god knows how many minutes of music. i think there is something up with this number. i got two calls the first call i answered and an hispanic female asked if i speak spanish when i told her no she put me on hold with weird music so i disconnected. they called back and i didn't answer and thats when they left the musical message.

I received a call from the same number... I did not answer, but I called back and the lady who answered asked me if I spoke Spanish (in Spanish) and asked who I was... I asked who SHE was and where I had called and she said that it was some institution for Hispanic culture. I sounded shady to me since you could tell she was at a massive call center (you could hear A LOT of other people taking in the background). She then asked me if I spoke English fluently. I said yes. She then said that she was sorry but that the services they offered were for non-English speakers only. I said ok, sure, thanks, and hung up. I also looked up the area code, and it seems to be a Miami number.
