I have been getting a call from a kelly belly. She has been leaving me messages, stating i have committed fraud and that i need to call her back as soon as possible. If i do not call her god and jesus will not be able to help me. She states she is calling from Massachusetts and if i don't call her, she will send an officer to my job or home to pick me up. What scared me originally,was the fact that she has my social security card number. I spoke to a friend who found out that the number she is calling from is in Florida. I have filed a police report and saved all of her messages, unfortunately there is not much they can do unless she harasses me more at work or continuous harassment at home.
This person called my home number and said if I do not call back I will be arrested and put behind bars; lose my job etc.. When I returned her call I would only give her my phone number; she got frustrated because I would not give her my name or ss# and said in a couple of hours I would be behind bars, then hung up on me.

HER NAME WAS KELLY BELLY SHE SAID SHE IS CALLING FROM FINALIZATION DEPARTMENT I WAS SHIVIRING AND I CRIED A LOT SHE WAS SAYING SHE WAS OFFICER AND I TYR TO CALL MY HUSBAND AND WE VARIFY HER INFORMATION SHE IS SCAM AND FRAUD.PLEASE DON'T PAY ANYTHING TO HER.SHE IS CALLING FROM COLLECTION AGENCY.WE HAVE CONTACTED LOCAL FBI AND COUNTY DEPARTMENT WE WILL SUE HER.I WILL NOT LEAVE HER AT ANY COST.I WILL MAKE HER CRY.

I advised that I would not transfer without knowing the nature of the call. She told me that since I had an attitude that she was just going to advise me that I would not be working at my current job in the next few hours and hung up! I advised my supervisor and filed a complaint with the HR department. We also pulled the phone records and so forth. I have no idea of any debt being owed to this phone number (I don't even know what company since she refused to give me any information).
