Isn't 11:33 PM a little late to be making calls? In addition my parents are older, in declining health and I may receive the call at any time of the day or night. So to receive a call that late when you are trying to sleep is unnerving only to find out it is for some free give away you don't want. It indicates to me they are true scam artists and is the reason I refuse to buy or donate to any solicitation over the phone. If the honest ones are honest they would be making great efforts to vet the dishonest but there is no evidence they are doing so. Consequently, they must be just as dishonest,
