I got a call from this number saying it was PayPal calling and they wanted my information when I asked them to provide the information they wanted me to confirm they hung up the phone.
They tried collecting a debt on me that did not even exist from Comcast Cable. I never received anything from Comcast, yet they sent me a letter stating I owed $200. They put it on my credit as well! I have never had Comcast in my name, ever, and I disputed it on my credit report and it was deleted right away. Watch out for these people!
This is a debt collector named "Convergent". They are nasty and rude - they are collectors. They did not want to provide any information when asked only wanting mine which I refused and asked to be taken off their list. They are calling on something that is one past the legal statute of limitations and two inaccurate if it were not. The call old supposed dept from paper they bought from other companies and do not know if its valid or not they only know what you tell them and collect what you are voluntarily willing to give. CONVERGENT is the name of these rogue collectors.
