Got a call from this number with strange name "bard pett". wondering if it might be a skype call??

Got a call on my home phone, answer phone, said hello couple of time, no reply then whoever called hung up.
Did a return call on the number, rang three times then went to voice mail. Left a message for them "If you are going to call me talked to me or dont call here again"
