Okay this is what you do, call Microsoft's actual numbet 1-800-642-7676, DO NOT CALL 305-902-4549 I called Microsoft thru the 1-800 number and they said that 305 number is a scam. So call the 1800 number.

You may be on hold for several minutes and then may talk to one person. Tell him or her what is going on. They will give you a case numbrt, should be ten digits. Have paper and pen available. Then you may be transferred to another person.

When you get transferred, tell the person what's going on and do what he or she says,

I called and just got off the phone with them and they helped me.

They also gave me a website to report this number to

support!.microsoft.com/reportascam to file a report.

Good thing i didn't call the 305 number and was suspicious, I have autism but the high-functioning kind and I fell for many things even into my 20s.I could" have esily.fallen for this!

I.hope this helps.

Good Luck and I hope this helps you!
