This man called my mother in law and identified himself as James Carter from the Million Dollar Prize Patrol. He told her that she had one 1 million dollars and a Mercedes Benz and in order to get it she needed to go to Walmart and get a $150.00  reloadable money  pack card for the UPS people when they deliver the check and the car. He verified her address and then called back a few times to see if she went to get the money order yet. I tried calling the number and He didn't answer the phone!
