I called back on a different number and it asked for a four digit extension number. I just used my Verizon $100 debit card from a rebate two days ago. Maybe it is from that.

it's something about a "Visa debit card that has been made inactive and want's you to 'reactivate'" they'll transfer you to a "security dept" don't do it. sounds SO terribly automated. SCAM
i received the same call yesterday and just hung up because I thought it was a scam. i called my bank and they have no record of my bank calling me and my card is fine. THIS IS A SCAM!!
