I got the same message as above when I star 69'd the number and called back. It immediately began with "if you wish to be taken off our phone list leave your name and phone number at the beep" to which I hung up
Another 'mystery call'! Clearly someone is getting paid to make phone calls, but when the phone is answered the caller freezes and apparently can't say whatever they are paid to say. What a waste of time for everyone.
