What kind of scam is this.

The ad for employment on Craigslist appeared "real" so I submitted my resume online. (I've done this before and have gotten some wonderful "real" jobs, so I'm not knocking Craigslist.) However, now after receiving an e-mail where the guy who supposedly is Jonathan White, where he completely contradicts information given in his e-mail, I did a search and found this website to report. I'm kind of worried now what might transpire.
